The use of Carbograph as adsorbent to pre-concentrate traces of polluting substances in environmental samples for monitoring air, is increasing constantly and requested by private laboratories, research corporations and Universities.
Different surface areas of different types of Carbograph allow efficient entrapping and release of a wide range of compounds, from the most volatile to the average-high boiling (very hot), being possible the simultaneous use of 2 or 3 types of Carbograph in the same adsorbent tube.
Different types of Carbograph, used as adsorbents for air sampling, are listed in the table below.
